Whether it be compliance with URAC accreditation or compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, Medicare Advantage regulations, or the tens of thousands of federal and state health and insurance regulations that apply to MCOs, compliance can no longer be treated as an ancillary management function.
Integral Healthcare Solutions is a new kind of interdisciplinary healthcare consulting firm. We specialize in helping MCOs and related healthcare organizations navigate the increasingly complex accreditation and regulatory environment. Our compliance and accreditation consultants – veteran executives of the managed health care system – are committed to integral, or whole, solutions. Integral Researchers prides itself on fulfilling the needs of our clients, one at a time, with myriad research methods. Driven by the research objectives, we customize the research to the needs, budget and timing of our clients. We listen carefully to our clients' needs. We are qualitative and quantitative experts, running the gamut from marketing to academic specialists, with backgrounds in advertising, communications, law, psychology and organizational development. The Integral Company's President and CEO, Tom Goddard, was a founding member of the Integral Institute for Medicine. The Integral Institute is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the Integral Approach to bear on personal and global issues. What's "Integral"? It simply means more balanced, comprehensive, interconnected, and whole. By using an Integral approach—whether it's in business, personal development, art, education, or spirituality (or any of dozens of other fields)—we can include more aspects of reality, and more of our humanity, in order to become more fully awake and effective in anything we do.
The Integral Company's Tom Goddard is the Director of Integral Healthcare at Integral University. The world's first integral learning community, Integral University seeks to provide a network of accredited degrees and programs through partnerships with various colleges, universities, and graduate schools. I-U is very excited to be working with both Fielding, a long time leader in distributed learning, and JFKU, the only university in the world that has an Integral Studies Department explicitly based on AQAL. All courses in both certificates and Master’s degrees will be taught by faculty who are experts in and practitioners of the Integral model.
Integral Naked is a multimedia doorway to the world of integral awareness. Conversations, performances, live events—all involving the most influential, provocative, and important thinkers and leaders in the world. Often these are moderated by Ken Wilber, considered the most influential integral theorist today, and his colleagues at Integral Institute.

The Center for Creative Emergence is a breakthrough creativity and innovation consulting, training, and coaching company.
